NATIONAL CONFERENCE ADVANCES DIALOGUE ON WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT, CLIMATE, AND NUTRITION IN ETHIOPIA

Forum for Social Studies (FSS) organized a national conference on March 17, 2026, under the theme "Women's Empowerment for a Sustainable Future" as part of the GCAN Initiative. The event brought together stakeholders from government offices, civil society organizations, universities, and the media.

Participants engaged in discussions on how to better connect gender equality, climate resilience, and nutrition within Ethiopia’s development plans. The conference provided a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and exchange of ideas, while highlighting the important role of women in advancing sustainable and inclusive solutions to current development challenges.
